The Pelling Resort is a resort located in Pelling. Featuring a restaurant, the property also features a garden. Guests can enjoy a selection of Indian cuisine in the in-house restaurant. All guest rooms at the resort are fitted with a seating area, with a private bathroom equipped with a bath and free toiletries. Some units at The Pelling Resort also provide guests with a mountain view. All rooms is provided with a desk and a kettle.

1. Check-in time is 1200 Hrs.
2. Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
3. Right of admission is reserved.
4. Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
5. The hotel management reserves the full right to cancel the booking during occupancy if any boarders create any trouble to other boarders or spoil the environment of hotel.
6. Customers are requested to check up the serviceability/Condition of the following items (At the time of Occupancy) TV with Remote, Goods, Furniture, Bedding, Room Heater (if Available), Electric Kettle, Geyser etc.
7. According to government regulations a valid photo id has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. It is mandatory for guest to present valid photo id at the time of check in. (Please note, Pan Card will not be accepted as an identification proof).
8. Extension may be done subject to availability of Rooms.
9. Management is not responsible for any breakdown of machinery/electricity/water supply/wifi (if available) etc.
10. In case of power failure, only single light of the room and bathroom will be powered by inverter backup (Limited time). DG available (Limited time: Morning- 06:00 am to 07:00 am, Evening-07:30 pm to 08:30 pm only).
11. Washing of cloth and wastage of water is strictly prohibited.
12. Hot water will not be provided in case of electricity breakdown.
13. Customers must inform to the front desk manager at least before 02 hours of their departure (check out) and requested to clear all due bills before 08:00 p.m. in advance if departure is next morning before 09:00 a.m.
14. Your valuable things will be at your own risk.
15. The management does not take responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room.
16. Deposit your room key with the reception counter, while you are away from the hotel premises.
17. Please switch off all electric supply if not in use.
18. Hotel main gate will be closed at 10:30 p.m.
19. Smoking, consuming alcohol and gambling is strictly prohibited inside hotel premises.
20. Room service will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. (Limited) & 04:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. (Limited). No Major food will be served in the room. Major food will only be served in the room for senior citizen guest (On request).
21. Housekeeping will be available from 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. every day.
22. The management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
