Day 01:IXB/NJP – GANGTOK (Approx 4 hrs 30 min/125.5 km/ 1 hr 19 min (26.8 km/Pakyong).

Arrival - Guest will be received by our official at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) – He will assist you for the forwarding journey to Gangtok .A perfect destination for tourist in search of enchantment, tranquility, trekking or any other adventure. Land of monastery, mystic rituals / festivals at an elevation of 1,437 meters / 4,715 feet is the most often visited spot of India for its rare Orchids and Butterflies.Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 02:GANGTOK LOCAL SIGHTSEEING.

Early morning Breakfast – Next visit Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok ,DrodulChorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom– Back to Hotel or Lunch on the way – After lunch to Ban Jhakri falls , flower show.Night stay at Gangtok.

Day 03: GANGTOK –LACHEN (Approx 5hrs/107.2 km).

Pick up from the hotel at Gangtok at about 10 a.m. & proceed to Lachen (123 Km) at an altitude of 8,600 ft. Enroute visit Tashi Viewpoint, KabiLungstok, Naga Waterfalls, the confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang, Arrive Lachen at Late afternoon in the evening & transfer to hotel Night halt, surrounded by fir – clad mountain peaks, overwhelming peace and solitude.Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04: LACHEN – THANGU –LACHEN - LACHUNG (Approx 8 hrs/178 km).

After breakfast leave for Thangu( 13,000 ft.) and Chopta Valley ( 13,200 ft.). Thangu Valley is a broad valley at the junction of Thangu Chu, Chopta Chu and Lassur Chu. In the spring end to summer months Rhododendrons, Primula and many other Alpine flowers are in full bloom. In the winter months you can play in the snow or even walk over frozen rivers. The unspoilt beauty of the area will take breath away. Later, we drive back to our hotel for lunch. Post lunch, we drive to Lachung. Overnight halt at a hotel in Lachung.

One can also visit Gurudongmar Lake, Kalapathar by paying extra to the driver on the spot. Subject to avilibility of permit.Depends upon road and Weather conditions.

NOTE: We do not suggest people above the age of 60 with heart and breathing problems and also the children below the age of 5 unless they sign an undertaking by themselves or their guardian for Gurudongmar Lake.

NOTE:Foreigners are not allowed to visit Gurudongmar Lake.

Day 05:LACHUNG - YUMTHANG – GANGTOK (Approx 150 kms/6 Hrs).

After breakfast proceed for Yumthang( 11,800 ft. )Enroute Visit the famous hot spring. Yumthang is a large valley surrounded by mountains where the tree line ends. In April/ May/ June the valley erupts in a riot of colors as Rhododendrons, Primula and many other Alpine Flowers are in full bloom. In the winter months, Yumthang is somber with snow all around, and the snow-clad mountains adding to the ethereal beauty. Later come back to the hotel have lunch and then drive back to Gangtok.

(One can also visit Katao and 0point. By paying extra vehicle charges to the driver on the spot)

Day 06:GANGTOK – TSOMGO LAKE – BABA MANDIR (Approx 2hrs one way /56.0 km).

After breakfast, we go on an excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake/Changu Lake. The tranquil water of this beautiful lake harmonizes with the picturesque scenery around.We shall also visit Baba Mandir, built in the honor of an Indian Army soldier, Captain ‘Baba’ HarbhajanSingh.Later, we drive back to our hotel. Overnight stay in a Hotel in Gangtok.

Since there are limited no of Natuula permits with the Govt of Sikkim. We do not give 100% assurance that the permit will come out even after applying with your name and id proof. We will inform you prior to 48 hours of your tour, whether a permit has been issued or not.

Nathula Service Cannot Be Availed On Monday And Tuesday. Nathula Visit Is Not Advisable To Guests Having Problem With Blood Pressure, Knee & Heart.

Since Nathula Is A Restricted Area Any Time Army Can Seal For Security Reasons. In Such A Case Tour Will Only Be Till Tshangu Lake And No Refund Will Be Allowed For Unutilized Services.

Important Message: As per directive from Sikkim Tourism, trip to Nathula would be clubbin (sharing) before 4 kms. On the way to reach, irrespective of the fact of exclusive or sharing journey from Gangtok.  

Day 07:GANGTOK – RAVANGLA - PELLING (Approx 5 h 35 min/128.6 km).

After breakfast, drive to Ravangla or Rawangla or Ravongla is a small tourist town situated at an elevation of 8000 ft in South Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim. It is connected by state highway to other major towns in the state and lies between Pelling and Gangtok.We shall visit The Buddha Park of Ravangla, also known as Tathagata Tsal, is situated near Ravangla in South Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim.We head towards West Sikkim and drive to the idyllic town of Pelling. One can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range from Pelling. Overnight stay at Pelling. 

Day 08:PELLING SIGHTSEEING.

After breakfast, we go for a full day sightseeing excursion of Pelling wherein we shall visit Pemayangtse Monastery (one of the oldest and most famous monasteries of the region).  We shall also visit the Khecheopalri Lake is a sacred Lake, which is believed to be a wish fulfilling lake. The Chenrezig statue, The picturesque little town of Pelling in West Sikkim has a 98ft statue of Chenrezig, one of the three Buddhist deities.

The compound, named Chenrezig Singkham Riwo Potala, was inaugurated in 2018. The snow-capped Kanchenjungha can be seen from the complex.

The total height of the statue from the base of the pedestal on which it is mounted is 135ft. There is a fleet of 100 stairs leading to the foot of the statue.

Enroute, we shall visit the Rimbi Falls and Kanchenjunga falls, two magnificent perennial waterfalls that are a must see place for tourists. Overnight stay in Pelling.  

Day 09:PELLING – DARJEELING (Approx 3 h 31 min/73.1 km).

Morning after breakfast drive to the beautiful hill station of Darjeeling in West Bengal.  Darjeeling fondly called "Queen of the Hills” provides a perfect getaway for those seeking to be in harmony with nature. Evening free to explore.Overnight stay at Hotel in Darjeeling.

Day 10:DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING.

Early Morning (4 am), we shall drive to the Tiger Hill, famous for the beautiful sunriseover Mt.  Kangchenjunga, the third highest mountain in the world. On the way back to our Hotel for breakfast, we shall visit the Ghoom Monastery (famous for its 15-feet high statue of Maitreya Buddha) and Batasia Loop.  From the Batasia Loop, one can get a panoramic view of Darjeeling town with the Kanchenjunga.

 Later, we go for a sightseeing tour wherein we shall visit the popular Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) TenzingRock,Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday) and  the famous Tea Gardens. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 11:DARJEELING – IXB/NJP DROP (Approx 2 h 32 min/67.6 km).

After breakfast, drive to New Jalpaiguri Rly station/ Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey with memories of a lifetime!
