Denzong Regency- A Welcome Heritage Luxury Mountain Retreat Spa & Casino is located in Gangtok, the capital of the erstwhile kingdom of Sikkim, which is a part of the three Himalayan Kingdom’s of Nepal, Sikkim, and Bhutan. The Luxury Resort offers 06 Regency Suites, 12 Suites, 06 Deluxe Rooms and 01 dedicated room for differently abled guests, with individual private balconies each facing the view of the city, valley, and Mt.Kanchendzonga. It Offers a Multi-cuisine Restaurant, Open Deck Coffee Shop, Ara- Loung Bar, Casino, Spa, Conference, and Banqueting facilities. It is the only 5 Star Luxury Mountain Retreat & Casino at Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, at a height of 6000 feet, situated within a 10 acre sprawling, century-old, wooded, family-owned property, which offers the finest views of the city and the pristine splendor of the undulating hills, valleys and a myriad streams that course through it, with the towering Mt.Kanchenjunga peak in the background. Take a leisurely walk to the main city center from the resort, which is less than a km away along a comfortable pedestrian footpath.
Rules and Policies
Cancellation Policy
- The reservations will be subject to cancellation policy as below. Cancellation should be made in writing by E-mail, Fax and supported with a phone call to the Front Desk.
- No cancellation charges if cancelled before 15 days of arrival. No retention charge.
- 50% of the 1st Night stay will be charged as retention charges, if cancelled within 15-9 days of arrival.
- One day pro-rata cancellation charges will charged for cancellations received 8 days prior to arrival
- Full retention will be charged for cancellation received 7 days and less than 7 days prior to arrival.
- The above cancellation policy is not valid during long weekends, Christmas, New Year and during certain other times of the year wherein rooms will be confirmed subject to non refundable advance
Please Note
- Our Check In at 14:00 Hrs /Check Out time is 12: 00 Hrs.
- As per the government directives, it is mandatory for all guests to show and submit a copy of their Photo ID proof at the time of Check In.
- For Indian Nationals it can be in form of “a Passport/Voter ID/Adhaar” while for Foreign Nationals “a Passport with a valid Visa and Inner Line Permit is necessary.
- The hotel will not undertake any responsibility for any loss/damage injury to the client and clients property within the hotel premises, any insurance claimed by the client will be on their own insurance coverage.
- All valuable items/cash to be kept in the Safety lockers provided in all individual rooms.
- Any damages caused by the guest will be charged to the guest’s personal account.
- Stay extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.
- Outside foods are not allowed in the Hotel premises.
- If you do not want your room to be cleaned, kindly inform the Reception Ext No: 9/502.
- A Tourist must compulsorily register in the Sikkim Tourism Web Portal before
travelling to Sikkim and a copy of “Travel Card” issued on the basis of tourist
registration should be carried at all times of travel in Sikkim.

Force Majeure
- The hotel cannot be held responsible for circumstances subject to acts of God, war, government regulation or action, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or any other emergency beyond a party’s reasonable control resulting in the cancellation of the reservation.
- Confirmation by you for reservations will imply that you have accepted all the terms and conditions noted herein above.
- In case of any dispute, judicial jurisdiction shall be at Gangtok, Sikkim
